Covid Guidelines
The health & safety of our valued customers, staff, and community is our top priority. With this in mind, please be aware of the following measures that are in effect:

Controlled entry to limit capacity

Hand sanitizer & gloves available upon entry

All visitors to bring a face mask & wear prior to entering the Sales Centre

Sales Representatives will always wear masks

Routine sanitization of surfaces after each visit

Sales Centre to be professionally cleaned & disinfected regularly
Please be aware of the following:
In-Person Appointments will take place at our Bradford Presentation Centre located at 15 Jonkman Blvd, Bradford, ON.
• All Sales are Firm
• Government issued Photo ID is required(Driver’s license, passport, etc.)
• Bring Bank Draft in either of the following amounts made payable to Bradford East Development Inc.: $25,000 for Townhomes / $30,000 for Detached Singles
VIRTUAL Appointments will be completed online or over the phone with one of our Sales Representatives:
• You will receive a Zoom Meeting invitation a day before your scheduled appointment with a link to either a video or phone meeting
• If you wish to have a phone meeting, the phone number will be on the Zoom invite
